摘要
绝缘接头是油气管道阴极保护中重要的管道安全附件,绝缘接头的设计直接关系到绝缘接头的密封和绝缘性能。对于绝缘接头的设计计算,国内没有相关的规范规定,也没有相关的文献供参考。基于多年国外项目绝缘接头厂家技术文件的审查经验,认为可依据ASME BPV Code SectionⅧDiv.1规范进行绝缘接头计算,与按照GB 150.3—2011《压力容器第3部分:设计》中的整体法兰计算结果一致,仅所用符号不同。从结构形式、强度计算等方面介绍了绝缘接头密封结构、法兰结构的设计计算,具有一定的参考价值。
Insulating joints are very important pipeline safety accessories in oll & gas pipeline ca-thodic protection,of which design directly related to the sealing and insulating performance of in-sulating joints. There are no literature and books related to the design calculation of insulating joints available for reference . It is discovered that the results from ASME BPV Code Section Ⅷ Div. 1which isthestandardthat followedabroad inthecalculatingof insulatingjoints isconsis-- ent with the integral flangecalculation results from the domestic standard GB 150. 3-2011 “ Pressure Vessels-Par t 3 : Des ign ” except for the symbol usage,based on years of experience in the review of technical document from insulating joint manufacturer in the project overseas. Thedesign and calculation of the sealing structure of the insulating joint and the design of the flange structure are introduced from the aspects of structure and strength calculation,and it has certain reference value.
