Research Progress on Bovine Subclinical Mastitis

奶牛隐性乳房炎发病率高,分布范围广,病因复杂,给我国乃至世界乳业带来了巨大的经济损失。随着分子生物学和计算机技术的发展与融合,如巢式PCR、宏基因组分析以及免疫学检测技术的普及给该病的诊断带来了新的方向,能够更加快速、准确、便捷地确定病原及病因。另外,在该病的治疗方面,中草药以及新型药物正在逐步取代传统抗生素的使用,亦成为该病治疗的新趋势。从奶牛隐性乳房炎的发病规律、病因、诊断和治疗方面介绍国内外最新研究进展。

Bovine subclinical mastitis(SM) causes great loss in China and global diary industry due to its high frequency,wide distribution and complicated etiology. With the development of molecular biology,computer technology,advanced molecular methods have been applied to the diagnose of SM,including nested PCR,metagenome,and immunological detection technology method which brought the fast,precise,convenient diagnose assays into reality. Moreover,in terms of SE treatment,traditional medicine and new drugs were becoming a tendency,which gradually replaced traditional antibiotics. In this review,the incidence regularity,etiology,diagnose method and treatment of bovine subclinical mastitis were discussed at home and abroad.
