摘要
冲压机械手的性能对工作效率有着至关重要的影响,为了验证机械手性能是否能够满足使用要求,对机械手机身进行了有限元分析。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对机械手的机身进行了静力学和模态分析。通过有限元分析,得到机身在极限工况下的等效应力云图和变形云图以及机身的前6阶固有频率和振型,机身受到的最大应力为39.4MPa,最大变形为0.4mm。结果表明,机身的静强度和刚度满足使用要求,并且在使用过程中不会发生共振。
Stamping manipulator has a crucial impact on the work efficiency. In order to analyze whether a new stamping manipulator can meet the use requirements,static and modal analysis of the frame is made. Based on Ansys Workbench it establishes the static and modal analysis of the frame,obtains the equivalent stress and deformation cloud pictures and the first six order natural frequencies and modes of the frame under the limit conditions.The maximum stress is 39. 4 MPa,the maximum deformation is 0. 4 mm. The results show that the static strength and stiffness of the frame meet the use requirements,and the resonance does not occur in the use of the process.
