摘要
以典型汽车注塑件为研究对象,介绍了基于Moldflow有限元分析技术下的汽车注塑件产品开发流程,从产品的结构分析、有限元模型的创建、注塑过程仿真模拟等方面对产品的开发方案进行全面分析与改进,确保获得高质量的汽车注塑件,为数值模拟技术在汽车零部件制造中的广泛应用提供了完整思路。
Lightweight is the inevitable trend in the automotive industry design. The plastic is a typical representative of lightweight materials and is more and more applied to auto parts. It takes a typical automotive plastic as the research object,and introduces product development scheme under the mold flow analysis technology based on Moldflow. Combining with the simulation data rectification scheme of die and optimization method,it illustrates that the numerical simulation technology is widely used in the automotive manufacturing. This provides a train of thought and the way.
