An Analysis on the Management of Campus Tourism Studio on the Basis of School-Enterprise Co-construction——Taking Xingcai Changtu Leisure Tourism Studio of Xiamen as A Case in Point

校企共建校内旅游工作室是高职院校校企合作的新模式,也是实践教学、人才培养的重要方式。此文以厦门兴才畅徒休闲旅游工作室为例,浅析校企共建校内旅游工作室的运行模式,经营管理成效及存在的问题,并提出相关的改进建议。

Co-construction of tourism studios between is a new mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.It is also an important way for practical teaching and personnel training.This paper takes Xingcai Changtu Leisure Tourism Studio of Xiamen as a case in point;it analyzes its operation model,effectiveness of management and the existing problems,and puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement.
