大连市社区民族工作的特色、问题及对策

Characteristics and Problems Concerning the Urban Ethnic Work in Dalian

中国的经济社会转型带来城市民族事务的增多与城市民族工作重心的下移,社区日益成为城市民族事务治理的基本单元。大连市作为少数民族散居的地区,社区民族工作在城市民族工作中的比重也在增大。根据2014年中央民族工作会议和2016年全国城市民族工作会议的最新要求,通过实地调查大连市九个社区民族工作开展的情况,分析了大连市社区民族工作机制建设的特色、存在的问题,并提出了进一步完善的对策。

The economic and social transformation in China has resulted in the increase of ethnic affairs in urban areas and the change of the main contents of urban ethnic work. Dalian,as a living place for scattered minorities,also has more urban ethnic work in communities. According to the latest requirements of the 2014 Central Ethnic Work Conference and the 2016 National Urban Ethnic Work Conference,research group has carried out a survey of ethnic work in nine communities of Dalian city. Based on the survey,this paper makes an analysis of the characteristics and problems in Dalian's urban ethnic work and puts forward some strategies.
