This paper analyzes the situation task and status quo of cultivating and developing college student party members from the perspective of comprehensive and strict management of the party and discusses the refinement and implementation of the requirements of cultivation and development of college student party members so as to improve the quality of college student party members and consolidate the achievements of the development of college student party members.
