中药热奄包治疗项痹病35例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Herbal Reyanbao for Treating Cervicalspondylotic Radiculopathy in 35 Cases

目的观察中药热奄包治疗项痹病的临床疗效。方法随机抽取医院2016年9月至2017年3月接受中药热奄包治疗的项痹病患者35例,观察患者的中医证候疗效、中医证候积分和疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分。结果患者治疗后的中医证候积分为(5.18±2.37)分,VAS评分为(2.24±1.05)分,明显低于治疗前的(12.03±2.24)分和(2.24±1.05)分(P<0.05)。总有效率为94.29%,未见不良反应。结论中药热奄包治疗项痹病疗效显著,能有效消除患者的症状且无不良反应,可促进患者早日康复,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of herbal Reyanbao for treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Totally 35 patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated by herbal Reyanbao in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2017 were selected. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome, TCM syndrome score and VAS score were observed. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score and the VAS score of the patients were （5. 18 ±2. 37） points and （2. 24 ± 1. 05） points,respectively,which were significantly lower than （12. 03±2. 24） points and （2. 24 ±1. 05） points before treatment （ P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 94.29% ,and no adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Herbal Reyanbao for treating cervicalspondy-lotic radiculopathy has good effect, it can effectively eliminate the symptoms of the patients and has no adverse reaction, and can pro-mote the patients for early recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
