摘要 受经济发展和电网建设的影响,近年来输电线路外力破坏故障一直居高不下,外力破坏已成为线路故障停运的主要原因。然而,传统以班组和设备主人为核心的粗放型管理方式在外破隐患增加、维护线路变长的情况下人力物力需求高、效率低下、管控难以到位等问题日益明显。针对此问题,提出建立防外力破坏智能管控系统,并对系统进行了设计,通过该系统可实现外力破坏集中化、流程化、标准化、精益化管控,实现生产资料集中管理,工作全过程跟踪、人员自动化管控,提高外力破坏管控整体水平和供电可靠性。 Affected by economic development and power grid construction, external damage of transmission line failure was high in recent years. And external damage has become the main reason for line failure. However, under the development of power grids and increase of the hidden risk, the traditional management approach which centered on the operation group and the master of the equipment exposed a lot of problems, such as high demand for human, low efficiency, difficult control in place and so on. In view of this problem, it puts forward and designed the establishment of anti-external damage intelligent control system. User can use this system to achieve centralized, processed, standardized and lean management. It can improve the overall level of anti-external damage and power supply reliability.
