基于慢行的城市社区适老公共服务设施配置

The allocation of aged-friendly public service amenities of urban communities based on non-motorized traffic

以南京五个城市社区为例,基于老龄人口慢行出行特征界定其活动范围、进行公共服务设施使用调查、对服务设施进行适老性评价。发现目前社区缺乏自身完整服务设施体系、适老服务设施存在不均衡性等问题,最终提出相应的配置建议。

This research uses the case of five different kinds of urban communities in Nanjing. Firstly, we do the researches for the elderly ai-ming at the characteristics of their usage of public service amenities, then based on the research we evaluate the elderly-adaptive public service amenities in research areas. The result shows that the allocation of the current aged-friendly public service amenities of urban communities in China still remains primary stage without a complete system and mainly depends on the urban public service amenities. Age-friendly amenities of different sorts of urban communities show imbalances. Finally we put forward some suggestions on the planning and allocation of aged-friendly public service amenities of urban communities according to the whole research and evaluation.
