摘要
电厂运行过程中,循环水泵房是耗电量比较大的辅助设备之一。其运行好坏直接影响整个电厂的稳定性及安全性。因此对于循环水泵的日常维修改造是十分重要的工作环节。某电厂循环水泵房闸门盘负荷送电工作时,出现越级跳闸的情况,从而引发循环水母线室两段MCC段母线进线开关跳闸,导致后期正厂停电现象。经过紧急的排查得出,造成越级跳闸上一级两段母线失电的主要原因是因为环水系统3号塔上塔电动门电机泡水接地影响。就循环水泵房闸门盘进线电源开关的改造进行探讨分析,通过实例提出一些改造建议,以供参考。
During the operation of power plant, circulating water pump room is one of the auxiliary equipments with high power consumption. Its operation and quality directly affect the stability and safety of the whole plant. Therefore, the daily maintenance and renovation of circulating pumps is very important. A certain power plant circulating water pump house gate plate load power at work, a great trip, triggering circulating wa-ter bus room two segments of MCC switch trip, feeder of the bus late cause blackouts are factory. After an urgent investigation, it is concluded that the main reason for the loss of the power loss on the upper stage of the second stage is due to the grounding of the electric motor bubble in the tower of the ring water system. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the retrofitting of the power supply switch in the gate of circulating water pump house, and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement through examples.
