This paper makes a survey on the demand of building the city people, found that people pay more attention to the construction quality and safety. Through the plumbing and HVAC research according to the problems in the project, report the current plumbing and HVAC installa-tion engineering situation, and puts forward some measures to provide reference for the related personnel.
