装配式建筑视角下的新型应用人才培养研究

Study on the training of the applied talents in the assembly building

装配式建筑具有"轻、快、好、省、环保"的优势,以广西首个装配式钢结构住宅项目——莲花城为研究背景,针对装配式建筑人才培养空缺等问题,探索了造成相应人才缺乏现状的原因,并提出产教结合、理论结合实践、校企合作等应对措施,具有一定的现实意义。

Combining with the first prefabricated steel structure housing project （ Lianhua city project） in Guangxi Liuzhou as the analysis back-ground. The paper discusses the advantages, the necessity of the development of assembly building. Analysis the urgency and the feasibility of the training of assembly building talents in view of the development advantage of assembly construction. Last, explore the strategy of developing of applied talents in “ assembly building” in university.
