通过对Birnbaum测度描述诱发事故的事件重要度进行了分析,提出了二叉判定图定量分析方法,从而明确建筑工程容易出现安全隐患的基本事件,达到了尽可能避免事故损失的效果。

This paper analyzes the importance degree of accident induced by Bimbaum measure, and puts forward Two Fork Decision Diagram quantitative analysis method, so as to clear the basic events of building safety hazard easily, and achieve the effect of avoiding accident loss as much as possible.
