BIM是近些年来建筑领域研究的热题,也将是高校工程管理专业人才培养的方向。依据现阶段工程管理专业教学存在的问题进行分析,着重对教学目标、BIM课程的详细类别和组织形式、教学环境几方面进行研究,分析适应基于BIM的应用型工程管理专业教学模式。

The BIM is a hot topic of research in the construction field in recent years, it will be the direction of the engineering management pro-fessional talent training in colleges and universities. Based on the present problems existing in the engineering management major teaching were analyzed, and the focus on detailed categories of teaching goal, the BIM course and the organization forms, teaching environment, analysis of ap-plied engineering management major teaching adaptation based on BIM model.
