为提高工程管理质量,以某高速公路工程为例,分析了工程管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过对工程验收结果的观察发现,改进后的工程管理措施实施后,工程在工期内顺利完成,工程质量显著提升。表明,建立健全管理制度,从施工前、施工中、施工后三个阶段入手,加强对各施工环节的管理,对工程施工质量的提高具有重要价值。
