摘要
长潭水库控制了永宁江流域接近50%的流域面积,但由于多种原因,长期未能发挥应有的防洪作用,水库泄洪对下游防洪能力的影响很大。通过比较水库不同汛限水位的供水能力,提出降低汛限水位,腾出防洪库容,减少下泄流量的调度方案,从而提高下游永宁江的防洪能力。
Changtan Reservoir has a drainage area covering about half of Yongning River Basin, but it has not played a proper role in the flood control for a long time. The reservoir’s flood discharge tremendously affects the flood _ preventing ability of downstream. By comparing with its water supply capacity on different flood control levels, an optimal operation is proposed to improve Yongning River Basing flood - preventing ability by lowering the flood control level, reducing flood discharges.
