摘要 为了获得合理的退火工艺,研究了在不同温度退火不同时间的4J36因瓦合金冷轧板的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长,4J36合金冷轧板的奥氏体晶粒逐渐长大,并且孪晶组织越来越明显,强度下降。4J36因瓦合金冷轧板在750℃退火3~4 min,其力学性能最佳,且晶粒细小均匀。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of the cold-rolled 4 J36 Invar alloy sheet annealed at different temperatures for different times were investigated to gain a preferable annealing process. The results indicated that with the increase of both annealing temperature and socking time,austenite grains grew up gradually,twin crystal became more and more obvious,and strength was reduced for the cold-rolled 4 J36 Invar alloy sheet. The cold-rolled 4 J36 alloy sheet annealed at 750 ℃ for 3 min to 4 min exhibited optimum mechanical properties and fine and homogeneous grains.
