摘要
依时间进程回顾了汽车用高强钢由低端向高端的发展过程。对一些常用高强钢如双相钢、相变塑性钢等,在生产或应用中的问题作了叙述并介绍了处理措施;对孪晶塑性钢,中锰钢的优缺点作了分析。总结了热成形钢和淬火-配分的思路,并提出了汽车钢的研发的可能方向。
The development of automotive high strength steel from low end product to high end was reviewed in sequence of timetable. Problems encounted in familiar steels such as DP steel and TRIP steel in production line as well as in the application were described and the corresponding countermeasures adopted in plant were introduced. Advantages together with shortcomings in TWIP steel and medium manganese steel were analyzed while in production and usage. Special development train of thought in HPF steel,Q-P steel and Q-P-T steel was summrized,and the probable direction of R & D of automotive steels was put forwarded.
