美国在运动损伤领域的研究热点分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots in the field of Sports Injury in America

运用CitespaceⅢ知识图谱软件对源自Web of Science引文索引数据库,2010—2016年,以Sports Injury(运动损伤)为研究主题,国别为美国的1 283篇文献进行定量与定性结合分析,探究美国在运动损伤领域的研究热点。研究发现:美国运动损伤领域的研究热点集中于运动相关性脑震荡、关节运动性损伤、过度使用性损伤3个大领域。研究对象主要为男、女青少年运动员。运动损伤的研究内容正逐步从损伤症状表现向损伤治疗、恢复及损伤机理等方面发展。美国运动损伤研究系统与学校运动队联系紧密,高校成为美国运动损伤研究的主要机构。研究者之间及各研究机构之间联系紧密,形成了一个全国性的运动损伤科研系统。北卡莱罗纳大学和辛辛那提儿童医学中心2机构在运动损伤领域成果突出,基本代表了美国运动损伤研究的方向。

The software of CitespaceⅢ was adopted to analyze 1283 American literatures, which were searched from science citation index in web of science database from 2010 to 2016. We propose to analyze the research hotspots of sports injury in America. The results show that sports injury research in America focuses on three major subjects, namely, sports-related concussion, anterior cruciate ligament injury and overuse injury. The research objects are male and female athletes. The research contents of injury evolve gradually from injury symptoms to injury treatment, recovery and damage mechanism. The American sports injury research system is closely linked with the school sports team. Colleges and universities have become the main body of American sports injury research. Researchers and research institutions are closely interrelated, and national sports injury research system has been developed. The Children＇s Medical Centers in University of North Carolina and Cincinnati have achieved outstanding results in the field of sports injury, and represents the direction of American sports injury research.
