机械厂操作者安全能力评价

摘要 本文针对机械厂操作者间安全能力存在的差距,结合机械加工生产实际,利用一般企业惯用的层次分析法及多因素统计法,评价机械厂操作者的安全能力。该方法能够掌握操作者实际安全能力,对于选拔基层安全管理者、确定安全生产重点保护对象及有针对性提高操作者安全能力、降低事故率都具有重要意义。 Aiming at the existing security machiner^^ factor^^ , the gap betw-een the operator, combined with the actual production of mechanical processing, this paper uses the AHP general customar^^ and multivariate statistics, to evaluate the ability of the operator's safety machinery factory. This method can grasp the actual operator safety ability and safety management for primary selection, determine the production safety key protection and to improve the safety of the operator, to reduce the accident rate has important significance.
