摘要
接地阻抗可靠性对总装测试厂房安全测试环境有着重要意义。目前总装测试厂房接地阻抗测量主要靠人工手动测量完成,为了确保测量可靠,使用单位一般都聘请专业机构来完成。一次测量需要投入大量人工、时间和资金,因此多数单位一年只进行一次例行检测。这样就很难确保总装测试厂房接地阻抗的安全性。针对这种现状,本文基于接地阻抗测试原理、工业控制、物联网技术、网络通信和嵌入技术设计出一套接地阻抗自动监测系统。系统测试主机能够自动测量接地阻抗,并自动保存和上传,形成对总装测试厂房接地阻抗时时进行监测。并根据航天部门特点,设计为分级管理模式,确保总装测试厂房接地阻抗安全可靠。
Grounding impedance reliability is of great significance for the assembly test plant safety testing environment. At present, the test of grounding impedance of the final assembly testing plant is mainly done by manual measurement. In order to ensure the measurement is reliable, the related units usually employ professional agencies to complete the measurement. A measurement requires a lot of manpower,time and money, so most units only conduct routine testing once a year. This makes it difficult to ensure the safety of the grounding resistance of the assembly test plant. In response to this situation, this paper designs a ground impedance automatic monitoring system based on the principle of ground impedance test, industrial control, Internet of Things technology, network communication and embedded technology. System test host can automatically measure the ground impedance, and automatically save and upload, realizing real-time monitoring of assembly test plant ground impedance. According to the characteristics of the aerospace department, it is designed as a hierarchical management mode to ensure that the grounding impedance of the assembly test plant is safe and reliable.
