摘要
《生物技术概论》是生命科学的前沿性、交叉性学科,内容广泛,对大学生学习难度较大,作 为我院农业生物技术系中设施农业技术的专业选修课课程,为了提高教学质量,笔者结合近几年授课经验, 对高职农类专业《生物技术概论》课程教学做了以下三方面的探索和实践:其一,教学内容上,根据设施 农业技术专业特点和授课时间,生物技术的应用重点讲述生物技术在农业中与人类健康两方面的应用,略 去食物、环境、和能源内容;内容表述尽量深入浅出,充分利用比喻等修辞方法;其二,教学方法,以学 生为中心授课方式,增加了生物技术的实训和操作课,让学生参与动手参与,体验发现的乐趣;采用故事 启发性、案例性、双语教学等进行引导学生学习兴趣,利用互联网上生物技术教学资源和论坛资源,比如 微课、慕课;引发学生自主学习.其三,考核形式尽量多样化、突出过程性考核.
Introduction to Biotechnology, the interdisciplinary subject, is the frontier of life science. It covers a wide range of knowledge and is difficult to learn for college student. It is also a specialized optional course of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) major in Agriculture and Biotechnology Department. Based on our recent teaching experience, reforms and practice were put forward mainly in three dimensions. Firstly, for the teaching content, according to the characteristic of CEA and the time limitations, we stressed the agricultural biotechnology and omitted the application in industries of food, energy and environmental protection. The manifes-tation of knowledge should be easy and interesting to learn by means of various rhetoric expression; Secondly, for the teaching methods, based on the cognitive structure and interests, experimental lessons were developed to attract students' attention and make them experience the joy of discovery; Besides, Heuristic and case teaching were used to deliver different topics of biotechnology. On-line biotech educational resource and WeChat were employed to improve teaching. Thirdly, for the teaching evaluation, the diverse mode and process inspection were combined to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effects.
