摘要
在过去的十年的大部分时间里,教育工作者都知道要要对每个学生进行个性化教学,多数教育 工作者也相信个性化教学对学生是有益的.然而,作为一周承担18节课的教师,每天要为100多位学生提 供个性化教学,其工作量是无法承受的.那么,教师到底该如何才能为这么多的学生提供个性化教学,并且 保证每个学生都学有所成呢?翻转课堂模式顺势而生,该模式既能帮助学生们更好地掌握课堂内容,又能帮 助他们成为更好的学习者.而且使老师能更多地与学生交流,与学生建立更亲密牢固的关系,学生也因此得 到了更多的个性化的学习机会.
In most time of past ten years, teachers know clearly the importance of personalized teaching of every student, and they believe this can benefit their students. However, an English teacher who has to take 18 classes every week and teach more than 100 students every day cannot undertake so much work of personalized teaching. Then, how should the teachers do to provide personalized teaching to every student and help every student learn effectively? The teaching mode of “flipping the classroom” can do that. It not only helps the students master the contents of their textbooks, but also help themselves to be better learners. The teaching mode encour-ages much communication between teachers and students, and students can have more personalized learning opportunities than before.
