摘要
地下储粮仓具有节能、节地、无污染、低损耗等优势,还弥补了地上仓存在的粮食损耗多与储存时间短等不足。结合地下储粮仓成本的特点,将全寿命周期理论应用于地下生态储粮仓中,分析粮仓全寿命周期的成本构成,包括建造成本、运营成本、回收残值3个部分,构建了基于全寿命周期的地下生态储粮仓经济性分析模型,并对同一地区不同仓型基于全寿命周期的经济性进行了比较研究,结果表明地下生态储粮仓具有一定的经济性优势。
The underground granaries' building can save energy,save land,refuse pollution and cause low loss.The use of underground granaries to build grain storage can realize the energy saving,high efficiency and environmental protection technical advantages of granary circulation,thus making up the phenomenon that the ground warehouses consume more grain and store for a short time. Therefore,the development of underground granaries are inseparable with its cost. In the paper,it will combine the characteristics of underground granaries and use the application of the theory about the whole life cycle cost on underground granaries. It analysis the total project life cycle cost of the granaries,including the construction cost,operating cost,and recycling value three parts and explains what the three parts constitute specifically. It establishes the economic analytic model and researches different granary types in the same area based on the theory of life cycle cost. It shows that underground granary has a certain economic advantage.
