摘要
促进教师专业发展,要以教师和学习规律为两个基本出发点,以数字化教师支持中心的服务功能为依托,选择最适合的学习内容,设计活动实施方案。要分析教师本体,选择合适的教师专业发展内容,合理设计与实施教学专业发展活动。利用数字化教师支持中心来促进教师专业发展,包括利用数字化支持中心创新入职教师培训,助力各类教育教研活动,开展信息技术能力培训,构建教师发展网络平台等策略。
The teachers ’ professional development is based on the teachers ’ character andprinciples of learning, with the help of the digital teacher support center. We must choose theappropriate content for learning, while designing the training plan. We should make on the characters of teachers, choose the appropriate content for training, design the activities withscientific support and high efficiency; innovate the pre- professional skills training,provide assistancefor instructions and researches, improve their ability to make use of informathe network platform for professional development.
