摘要
本文通过对国际上流行的强制社区治疗(CCT)施行现状、制度设计及有效性进行分析,建议借鉴其成功的经验,探索建立适合我国精神卫生需求和资源条件的强制社区治疗制度,以提高特定精神障碍患者的治疗依从性,降低精神专科医院压床率及减少精神障碍患者肇事肇祸发生率。
In an analysis of current situation, system design and effectiveness of compulsory communitytreatment that internationally implemented, the authors suggested that to build compulsory community treatment which is suitable for the mental health needs and resource conditions of China's Mainland, in order to meet the re-quirement of improving treatment compliance, reducing the bd-occupy rates in hospitals and the potential dangerous behaviors in patients with mental disorders.
