摘要
目的:采用自模板法合成中空介孔硅球(HMSNs),并对其载药释药性能进行研究。方法:采用自模板法,通过控制反应物摩尔数、温度、时间等反应条件制备HMSNs,并进行载药研究,计算载药率、包封率与释药率。结果:合成的HMSNs球形度良好,具有典型的介孔分子筛特征及硅基骨架特征峰,可以进行结构确证,药物在42 h的累积释药百分数达70%以上。结论:HMSNs可用于抗癌药物伊马替尼的装载,达到缓释的目的。
Objective: To use the template method to synthesize mesoporous silica hollow ball(HMSNs), to explore the drug loading and release properties. Methods: The self-template method was used to prepare HMSNs by controlling the molar ratio, temperature and time of reactants, and the drug loading rate, encapsulation efficiency and drug release rate were calculated. Results: The synthesized HMSNs had good sphericity, typical mesoporous molecular sieve and the characteristic peak of the silicon skeleton. The structure was confirmed, and the drug release rate reached more than 70% in 42 hours. Conclusion: The utility model can be used for the loading of anticancer drug imatinib.
