摘要
钨铋矿石经过无水碳酸钠!过氧化钠(1∶3)混合剂高温熔融后,用热水浸取熔融物并酸化,分取适当溶液进行酸度调节后,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锡,测定此类矿石,不用分离,方法简便快捷。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.0027mg/L;精密度小于5.5%;采用本方法与钨钼矿石化学分析方法中锡量测定法(GB/T 14352.13-2010)对照测定4个国家标准物质,结果与标准参考值相一致。
After melted at high temperature with a mixture of anhydrous sodium carbonate and sodium peroxide(at rate of 1∶3),tungsten and bismuth ores turned into a kind of molten material which later was leached by hot water and was acidified.A fair portion of the extracted solution was taken for acidity adjustment,and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was used to determine tin in the solution.The method needed no separation of the ores and was proved to be simple and fast in determining these ores.The results indicated that the detection limit was 0.0027 mg/L and the degree of precision was less than 5.5%.Compared with the determining process of the 4 national standard matters prescribed by the procedure of chemical analysis on tin in tungsten-molybdenum ores(GB/T 14352.13-2010),the results of the test recommended in this paper were consistent with the standard values.
