叶酸、维生素C与5-氟尿嘧啶合并用药对孕鼠和胚胎的毒性

Toxicity of 5-FU in combination with folk acid and vitamin C in pregnant rats and embryos

本文观察了5-FU对孕鼠、胚胎的毒性,发现随剂量的增加毒性增强,孕鼠、胚胎体重减轻、生长迟缓,胚胎吸收率增加。若同时给维生素C、叶酸,不仅不能使5-FU的毒性减轻,反而使其毒性增加,胚胎吸收率及血清球蛋白升高,胚胎存活率、胚胎正常发育率、血清白蛋白及白/球比值均降低。结果表明维生素C、叶酸与5-FU合并用药可明显增强5-FU的毒性。

In the observation of the toxic effect of 5-FU on pregnant rats and embryos, we have found that it became more toxic with the increasing drug doses. The results showed that 5-FU in combination with folic acid and vit. C could significantly increased the toxic effect of 5-FU.
