摘要
逆向建模技术在产品创新设计中起着越来越重要的作用。通过功能分析与形态分析相结合,获取逆向建模所需知识,然后以逆向建模方法创建基于功能-形态-参数的新产品模型,实现了基于设计知识重用的逆向产品创新设计。以Geomagic Studio逆向建模软件和Solid Works软件为平台,通过对手臂夹板进行基于设计知识重用的逆向产品创新,验证了该方法的优势,为产品的逆向创新提供了一种有效的设计方法。
The method of reverse modeling plays a more and more important role in the innovative design of products. Combines the functional analysis with the morphological analysis, to acquire the knowledge of reverse modeling and obtain the new product model bases on function-form-parameter, and proposes a design method of product innovation based on design knowledge reuse. With the reverse modeling software Geomagic Studio and SolidWorks software as platform,innovation design of the splint is real- ized through knowledge reuse,which verifies the advantage of the design method, and provides a more effective solution for the in- novative design of products in reverse engineering.
