摘要
为了透彻地洞察用户需求,国内外研究者基于"移情"理论,从方法体系和实际应用方面对产品设计中的用户体验问题展开了相关研究。首先阐述了产品移情设计的内涵,接着从宏观和微观两方面对移情设计方法研究现状进行了梳理,然后细分了移情设计应用的3个层面,即视觉层、行为层和社会层,分别探讨了它们的内容以及关系。最后,分别从方法研究和应用研究两个方面展望了移情设计的研究趋势。
For getting insight into the user demand,lots of researches about the user experience problems in product design were carried out based on the theory of "empathy" ,in the aspects of systematic method and practical application. Firstly expounds the concept of product empathic design. Then, it is combed the research status of empathic design method from two aspects of macro- scopic and microscopic. After that, the application research is subdivided into three layers, namely, the visual layer, the behavior interaction layer and the social reflection layer. By discussing the relationship between the three layers, the research trend of em- pathic design is prospected.
