阐述大型挤压造粒机组熔体齿轮泵的工作机理,轴承润滑原理,并对转子的受力情况分析,讨论了目前主流的润滑系统的设计思路。并对失效进行了初步分析,提出建议。

This paper expounds the working principle, bearing lubrication principle of the melt gear pump in large mixing and extruding granulator, analyzes the force condition of the rotor, and discusses the design idea of the current lubrication system. This paper also makes a preliminary analysis of the failure and puts forward some suggestions.
