摘要
主要讨论了在当前使用多泵伺服液压驱动作为动力源的注塑成型工艺过程中,由于现有的驱动方式都是独立的电源模块、整流和逆变模块,令到驱动器的整流模块和制动能量泄放模块不能综合利用,造成系统能源浪费。文章阐述了在伺服液压动力多泵应用单元中,使用直流共母线技术,综合利用驱动器系统资源。
Using multi pump hydraulic servo drive as the power source in the injection molding process, since the existing driving mode is a power supply module, rectifier and inverter module independently, so that the rectifier module and driver braking energy discharge, the rectifier module and the brake energy release module can not be utilized comprehensively, resulting in waste of energy. This paper described the application of DC common generatrix technology in servo hydraulic power multi pump application unit, and comprehensively utilized the resource of drive system to improve the cost performance of the machine.
