基于RFID技术提出了一种新颖的口型板管理方案。介绍了轮胎行业中现有的口型板管理方案及其缺陷,并结合RFID技术,从系统、功能、优势等方面详细描述了新型管理方案的设计方法。结合在山东金宇实业股份有限公司实地运行案例,说明了方案的有效性。

Based on RFID technology, a novel die management scheme was proposed in this paper. This paper also introduced the existing die management scheme and its defects in the tire industry, and described the design method of the new management scheme in detail from the aspects of system, function and advantages combined with RFID technology. Combined with the field operation case in Shandong Jinyu company, this paper illustrated the effectiveness of the scheme.
