健脾祛湿方联合决雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗脾虚湿盛型多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Qushi Prescription Combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in Treating PCOS with the Syndrome of Excessive Dampness Caused by Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察健脾祛湿方治疗脾虚湿盛型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的124例脾虚湿盛型PCOS患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组62例。治疗组采用健脾祛湿方合决雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,对照组单纯使用决雌醇环丙孕酮片。治疗后评估临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后体质量、体质量指数(BMI)及血清性激素指标的变化。结果:对照组总有效率59.7%,低于治疗组的83.9%(P<0.05)。经治疗后,治疗组的体质量及BMI均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的体质量及BMI与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗后,治疗组的血清促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平及LH/促卵泡生成素(FSH)比值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组血清LH及T水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的FSH、LH、T水平及LH/FSH比值与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:健脾祛湿方联合决雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗脾虚湿盛型PCOS,可有效改善患者的BMI及血清性激素指标,效果优于单纯使用决雌醇环丙孕酮片。

Adjective. To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Qushi prescription in treating polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） with the syndrome of excessive dampness caused by spleen deficiency. Methods： Selected 124 cases of PCOS patients with the syndrome of excessive dampness caused by spleen deficiency, and divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomly being 62 cases in each.The treatment group was given Jianpi Qushi prescription combined with Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets, while the control group was given the tablets only. After treatment, evaluated clinical effect, and observed change of body mass, body mass index （BMI） and serum sexual hormone index of the two groups before and after treatment. Results. The total effective rate was 59.7% in the control group, being lower than the 83.9% of the treatment group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, body mass and BMI of the treatment group were lower than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）. Compared body mass and BMI of the two groups, there was no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, levels of serum luteinizing hormone （LH）, testosterone（T）, and ratio of LH in follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment, and levels of serum LH and T of the control group were lower than those before treatment（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, FSH levels of the two groups were similar to those before treatment（P〉 0.05）. There was no adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion. Jianpi Qushi prescription combined with Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets can effectively improve body mass index and serum sexual hormone index in treating PCOS with the syndrome of excessive dampness caused by spleen deficiency, and it has better effect than applying Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets only.
