摘要
目的:观察艾灸配合大黄贴敷神阙穴治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取70例脑卒中后便秘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予吸氧、控制血压、脱水降颅内压等基础治疗加开塞露灌肠,治疗组在对照组干预基础上加用艾灸配合大黄贴敷神阙穴,2组均干预2周。治疗后评估临床疗效,观察患者大便次数和大便性状的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率97.14%,对照组总有效率77.14%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组大便次数及大便性状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组大便次数及大便性状评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗组大便次数及大便性状评分的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用艾灸配合大黄贴敷神阙穴治疗脑卒中后便秘患者,可提高治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the clinical eftect ot moxibustion combined witn rnubarlo on application bnenque point TOr post-stroke constipation. Methods= Selected 70 cases of patients with post-stroke constipation as study objects, and divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with basic treatment, such as oxygen inhalation, control of blood pressure, dehydration to decrease the intracranial pressure and glycerine enema clyster, while the treatment group was additionally treated with moxibustion combined with rhubarb application on Shenque point. Both groups received intervention for two weeks. After treatment, evaluated the clinical effect, and observed improvements of defecation frequency and defecation condition in both groups. Results= The total effective rate was 97.14% in the treatment group and 77.14% in the control group, the difference being significant (P 〈0.05). No significant difference was found in the comparison of defecation frequency and defecation condition scores between the two groups before treatment (P〉 0.05). After treatment, defecation frequency and defecation condition scores in both groups were both improved when compared with those before treatment (P 〈 0,05). Defecation frequency and defecation condition scores in the treatment group were improved than those in the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion. Moxibustion combined with rhubarb application on Shenque point based on conventional treatment for post-stroke constipation can enhance the curative effect.
