Medication Rule of Treatment for Gastric Cancer Based on Association Rules

目的:挖掘中医方剂治疗胃癌的用药规律。方法:收集近30年医学期刊治疗胃癌的中药复方,提取元数据建立数据库,选用关联规则Apriori算法建立数据挖掘模型。结果:共纳入治疗胃癌的复方176首,使用中药210味,经χ~2检验,有18味药为具有统计学差异的核心药。设定最小支持度个数为25,置信度为0.7,得到关联规则30条。结论:从显性经验和隐性经验两个维度挖掘治疗胃癌用药规律,体现出中医学重视以扶正为本、养血滋阴、健脾和胃、滋补肝肾的治疗原则治疗胃癌。

Objective： To explore the medication rule of Chinese medicine prescription for gastric cancer. Methods- Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for gastric cancer in the past 30 years were collected, and the metadata was extracted to establish the database. The data mining model was established by Apriori algorithm of association rules. Results.. In 176 cases of compound prescriptions for gastric cancer that were included, 210 kinds of Chinese medicine were applied, among which 18 kinds of medicine by X^22 test as the core medicine with statistical difference. With 25 as the minimum support and 0.7 as the confidence, 30 association rules were obtained. Conclusion. Based on explicit experience and tacit experience, it is shown that Chinese medicine attaches great importance to strengthening body resistance, enriching yin and blood, invigorating spleen and stomach, and nourishing liver and kidney.
