基于中医理法对重症患者西医治疗的思考

Thinking about Western Medicine for the Treatment of Severe Patients Based on Chinese Medicine Theory

在重症医学科中,液体治疗、营养支持、抗感染等西医技术在救治重症患者中发挥了重要作用,但不少措施的应用仍存有争议,如液体复苏方案、营养支持方案、抗感染治疗的疗程、糖皮质激素的应用指征等。面对这些争议,现代医学试图通过循证医学研究进行解答,但效果欠佳。在这种情况下,基于中医理法对这些治疗措施进行思考,遵循中医理法探讨这些治疗措施的应用指征,可能为临床提供另一种思路。笔者针对重症患者常用的液体治疗、营养支持、抗感染治疗、糖皮质激素治疗等措施,基于中医理法对其应用进行分析,为重症患者的中西医结合治疗开拓新的思路。

In critical care medicine, fluid therapy, nutritional support and anti-infection and other western medicine therapies play important role in treating critical patients, while application of some treatment protocols are still controversial, such as fluid resuscitation, nutritional support, course of anti-infection treatment and application principles of glucocorticoid. Facing these disputes, modern medicine attempts to solve these problems by evidence-based medicine research, but the effect is not significant. In this case, considerating the application principles of these treatment protocols based on principle of Chinese medicine therapy may provides new thought for clinical practice. The auther analyses the common applications of these treatment protocols based on principle of Chinese medicine therapy, which develops the thought in treating critical patients with integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy.
