老年骨骼肌减少症中医理法探究

Exploration of Chinese Medicine Theory for Senile Sarcopenia

笔者认为,老年骨骼肌减少症可归属中医学虚羸范畴,其病因病机主要责之于年老肾衰,脏腑渐败;饮食失宜,脾胃虚损;劳逸失常,精、气、血失和;久病体衰,气血失调。其治疗以调脾补肾为本,调补气血为要,兼顾痰饮、水湿、瘀血、寒热之标。

The author thinks that senile sarcopenia belongs to deficiency pattern in Chinese medicine theory. Its main etiology and pathogenesis are senile kidney failure and deficiency of Zang-fu organ, imbalanced diet and dificiency of spleen and stomach, lack of proper balance between work and rest and disharmony of essence, qi and blood, weakness caused by chronic diseases and disorder of qi and blood. Treatment for the disease should be based on regualting the spleen and nourishing the kidney, attach great importance of regulating qi and blood and take account of treatment for the incidental symptoms such as phlegm-retained fluid, water-dampness, static blood and cold and heat pattern.
