摘要
通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、断口扫描电镜分析等方法对某锅炉旋风分离器进口受热面管爆裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该锅炉受热面管爆裂是由长时间超温运行导致的蠕变开裂造成的。最后根据爆管原因提出了预防措施。
The bursting reasons of the inlet heating surface pipe of a boiler's cyclone separator were analyzed by means of macro analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination,fracture scanning electronic microscope analysis and so on. The results show that the bursting of the heating surface pipe of the boiler was induced by creep cracking because of long-time overtemperature running. Finally,preventive measures were put forward according to the bursting reasons of the pipe.
