应用超声测盆腔积液深度对异位妊娠腹腔内出血量的评估价值分析

Evaluation of the Value of Measuring the Depth of Pelvic Fluid by Ultrasonography in the Amount of Abdominal Bleeding in Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨和分析应用超声测盆腔积液深度对异位妊娠腹腔内出血量的评估价值。方法:将我院在2015年1月至2017年1月期间接受治疗的100例异位妊娠患者为本次的研究对象,对所有的患者在手术进行之前实施超声检查,并对得到的所有数据利用相关软件进行相应的分析。结果:腹腔内实际出血量与盆腔游离液体量有直线关系,可以根据超声显示的盆腔游离液体量推算出相应的腹腔内实际出血量。结论:对异位妊娠患者在手术前进行超声检查,可以根据测量显示的异位妊娠患者而推算出患者腹腔内的实际出血量,可以为患者在之后的治疗提供有利的依据。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the value of measuring the depth of pelvic fluid by ultrasonography in the amount of abdominal bleeding in ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Treated in our hospital during the period of January 2015 to January 2017 of 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the object of this study, all the patients in ultrasound surgery before, and all the data obtained by using the corresponding analysis software. Results： There was a linear relationship between the amount of bleeding in the abdominal cavity and the amount of free fluid in the pelvic cavity, and the actual amount of bleeding in the abdominal cavity could be calculated according to the amount of pelvic free fluid displayed by ultrasound. Conclusion： Ultrasound examination before surgery in patients with ectopic pregnancy,according to the patients with ectopic pregnancy measurements show and calculated the actual amount of bleeding in patients with abdominal cavity, can provide a favorable basis for the treatment of patients after.
