摘要
目的:探讨超声心动图在原发性心脏肿瘤临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年6月间我院收治给予治疗的原发性心脏肿瘤患者30例,对患者进行超声心动图诊断,比较分析超声诊断与临床病理验证的结果的符合率以及患者的临床特点。结果:30例患者在治疗前通过超声进行诊断检查,后经临床病理验证得出,28例患者超声诊断与临床病理诊断相符,符合率为93.33%,其中左房黏液瘤25例,右房黏液瘤3例。漏诊2例,未能得出正确病理资料,后经手术验证为右房黏液瘤,是有瘤蒂型肿瘤。结论:针对原发性心脏肿瘤疾病治疗方案的制定,可通过超声心电图提供的有力依据做出决定,其优势在于无创、准确、快速,是对原发性心脏肿瘤最有效的检查方法。
Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of primary cardiac tumors, and the application of echocardiography in clinical diagnosis. Methods: A total of 30 patients with primary cardiac tumor were enrolled in this study from February 2015 to June 2017, they were examined by echocardiography, the results of ultrasonic diagnosis and the coincidence rate of clinical pathological diagnosis and the patient's clinical characteristics were compared and analyzed. Results: 30 patients were examined by echocardiography before treatment, then were verified by clinical pathological findings, the results of 28 patients were consistent with echocardiography and clinical pathological diagnosis, the coincidence rate was 93.33%, among them 25 cases were left atrial myxoma, 3 cases were right room myxoma, 2 cases were missed diagnosis, failed to get correct pathological data, they were proved to be right room myxoma by surgery and pathology, as a pedicled kind of cardiac tumor.Conclusion: For the patients with primary cardiac tumors, echocardiography can provide strong evidence to make therapeutic schedule, its advantages are noninvasive, accurate and fast, which is the most effective examination method of primary cardiac tumors.
