《护士伦理准则》视角下对分级护理的思考

Reflection on Grading Nursing from the Perspective of Code of Ethics for Nurses

通过分析分级护理的现状,探讨了在实施分级护理过程中产生的伦理问题,基于分级护理在实践中的伦理意义,为实现优质、高效的护理,提出以下对策:建立伦理培训机制,提升护士伦理决策能力;重视合作者协调,发挥团队调动精神;努力创建维护和谐大环境,提高护士工作积极性,以促进护患关系的和谐。

This paper analyzed the current situation of grading nursing and discussed the ethical problems generated in the implementation of grading nursing. Based on the ethical significance of grading nursing in practice, to achieve better quality and efficient nursing, this paper put forward some countermeasures, including establishing ethics training mechanism and enhancing the nurses' ability of ethical decision-making, paying attention to collaborator coordination and demonstrating team spirit, striving to establish and maintain harmonious environment and improving the working enthusiasm of nurses so as to promote the harmonious relationship between patients and nurses.
