摘要
工程船舶在深水环境下作业,经常需要进行移船操作更换作业区域,缆绳角度变化过程中可能会出现断排、铺排船失去系泊控制等问题。结合长江南京以下12.5 m深水整治工程和畅洲水道整治标段铺排作业研究了深水工程船舶缆绳测力装置,兼顾经济性、实用性和可靠性等因素,该装置的检测误差<2%,能够满足工程船施工作业锚缆力监测的需要,具备抗瞬时过载的能力,陆上远距离无线传输性能可靠,数据采集稳定。
Engineering ships operating in deep water environment, often need to carry out the operation of the replacement operation of the region, the cable angle changes in the process may appear off the row, shop vessels lost mooring control and other issues. Combined with the layout work for the Hechangzhou waterway renovation section of 12.5 m deep water channel from Nanjing in the Yangtze River, we studied the cable force measuring device and the influencing factors such as economy, practicability and reliability. Detection accuracy of the device is less than 2%, to meet the engineering ship anchor cable force monitoring needs, with anti-transient overload capacity. The land long-range wireless transmission performance is reliable, and the collection of data is stability.
