清水混凝土模板标准化制作工艺的应用

港珠澳大桥东人工岛敞开段中墙和侧墙内侧皆为清水混凝土,且结构断面尺寸大,模板制作数量多,工期紧凑,这对模板的制作工艺提出了更高的质量要求。结合PERI公司模板体系和敞开段施工经验,介绍一种标准化、精细化、程序化的清水混凝土模板制作工艺,以达到减小模板制作误差,规范操作程序和要点,提升模块制作速度和质量的目的。

The middle wall and the internal surface of the side wall of the entrance and exit of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge east island are all fair faced concrete. Moreover, the size of the structure section is large, and the number of the formwork is much, and the schedule is very tight. This provides a higher quality requirement for the assembly of the formwork. Combined with the formwork system of PERI company and the construction experience of entrance and exit, we introduced a kind of standardized, fine and programmed process for making fair faced concreat formwork, in order to reduce the error of making formwork , and standard operation procedures and key points, and improve the speed and quality of making formwork.
