摘要
在全球经济一体化、信息化速度逐步加快的基础上,我国社会经济市场也在不断改善深入,物流企业在这样的经济发展大背景下,迅速发展并不断的在扩张壮大,人们希望物流服务低成本、高质量、货期短、服务好,物流企业面临来自这些方面的巨大压力,必须采用供应链的模式来进行管理,这就需要建立企业服务供应链激励机制,文中主要针对这一机制进行了探讨研究,从机制必要性、机制内容及构建机制思路三方面展开分析。
The basic gradually accelerating global economic integration,information on the social economy of our country market is further improving,the logistics enterprises in the background of the economic development,rapid development and constantly expansion,people hope that the logistics service with low cost and high quality,short delivery,good service,logistics enterprises faced with great pressure from these aspects,must adopt the mode of supply chain management is carried out,which requires the establishment of incentive mechanism of enterprise service supply chain,the paper focuses on the mechanism are discussed,from three aspects of system the necessity,content and ideas to construct the mechanism of mechanism analysis.
