摘要
现代医院后勤与物流管理工作几乎涵盖了医院所有业务部门的日常作业和管理活动;智慧物流系统的应用能有效地将医护人员从繁复的物流工作中解放出来,更好的投身到医疗行为工作中去。文中通过对现代医院智慧物流系统集成规划设计与应用分析,剖析医院物流现状,提出物流仓储系统规划设计方法和现代医疗物资管理系统的建设,结合现代医院智慧物流系统和医疗信息管理系统的应用,为国内医院建设提供新的思路与借鉴。
In modern hospital,the logistics and the logistics management cover most of medical day-to-day business and management activities. The intelligent logistics system will effectively relieve the medical staff from the complicated logistics work,so that the medical staff could better participate in their medical behavior. This article makes a detailed analysis of the intelligent logistics in modern hospital,dissecting the current situation of the logistics in hospitals. It proposes the plan of the storage logistic system and the construction of the Medical supplies management,combines the intelligent logistics in modern hospital with the system of the interior medical information management,which provides the completed new ideas and the useful reference in Chinese hospitals.
