摘要
文中通过讨论物流管理专业学生就业目标岗位和创新创业能力,结合学生职业生涯规划和分析,探讨物流管理专业的培养目标和学生应该具备的能力,进一步确定实训项目的设置,确保课程设置能够满足培养物流专业不同学生不同层次能力的需要。
The thesis discusses the target for cultivation and the Innovation ability from students in the Logistics Management Department,on the basis of the future post,the career plan and analysis,and further,sets up projects about practicing and training in order to insure the course is able to satisfy all kinds of students in different levels.
