According to the characteristics and current situation of China＇s textile and garment industry,logistics,and logistics technology and logistics management in the rapid development of China＇s garment industry and application,to explore the development of China＇s textile logistic,understand industry talent demand,thereby combining existing talent cultivation model to determine the personnel training problems,in order to further study to build innovative apparel logistics personnel training mode to provide theoretical support.
